What do we expect from you?
You will communicate with clients on a daily basis in one of the above-mentioned languages, and you will be in charge of providing support, video identification and checking personal information of users of banks, carsharing companies, crypto-currency trading companies and others.
German or French language? Language knowledge at B2 level (minimum) – certificate is not necessary. Communication skills and patience? The more – the better!
Experience? It is not necessary, we will take motivation and ambition in exchange!
